Terms of Leaving

Our 'Terms of Leaving' outline what we ask parents to do when choosing to withdraw/deregister their child from Benchmark Gymnastics.  Our 'Terms of Leaving' are as follows:

1.    If you would like to leave Benchmark Gymnastics you must notify us by submitting an online De-registration Form.  (A link to the form can be found at the bottom of this page.)

2.    If your de-registration form is submitted between the 1st and 17th day in the month, the month you submit the form will be the final month you make a monthly payment for class fees, provided you have no outstanding fees.

3.    If your de-registration form is submitted between the 18th day and the last day of a month, a final monthly payment will be due the following month, provided the following month is not August.  Any outstanding fees must also be paid before leaving.

4.    You are entitled to attend classes up until the end of the month you have paid for.

For example, if you were to complete a de-registration form on the 1st September 2021, the final payment for monthly classes would be collected by Go Cardless on/around the 4th September 2021. This would also be the case if you completed a de-registration form on any date between the 2nd - 17th September 2021. In this case, your child would be entitled to attend classes up until the end of September 2021.

If you were to complete a de-registration form on the 18th of September 2021, the final payment for monthly classes would be collected by Go Cardless on/around the 4th of October 2021. This would also be the case if you completed a de-registration form on any date between the 18th to the end of September 2021. In this case, your child would be entitled to attend classes up until the end of October 2021.
