Backward roll
This video is a Backward roll. The purpose of this video is to help you learn/memorise this skill and its progressions, as well as understand the technique required. Only gymnasts who have been assigned this skill should use this video.
When watching the video, the progressions and skill will play in its entirety first. It will then repeat with coaching points. Please pay careful attention to the coaching points as they highlight the things you will need to remember.
For health and safety reasons we ask that you do not practise any of the progressions/skill at home.
